"Chad is The Best. Full stop. We were first-time home buyers and couldn't have done all of this without Chad. It would have been impossible to work any harder for us. We were doing a home search in Minneapolis from the West Coast. On a Saturday morning, I happen to find what I thought was our dream house on the internet. It had just been listed and had its first open house the next day. I called Chad to see what we could do, considering that we were not going to be in MN that weekend. Chad said he would call the agent, get in the house that day, and give us a FaceTime tour. Two hours after calling him, he was in the house and giving us a tour over FaceTime. He then worked with us over the next several houses to put together an offer. We were emailing, talking, and texting up until 11 pm that night-a Saturday night. He submitted the offer before the open house the next day, and by Sunday night, we had a deal I was blown about by how quickly he moved and how willing he was to drop everything he was doing for us. And his commitment to us didn't end with the deal Chad was present at the inspection and the closing and later followed up to make sure we were happy. In addition to his incredible work ethic, Chad is extremely knowledgeable. I went around to 10 homes with him the weekend before we bought our house, and was really impressed with the features and issues he was pointing out that I never would've noticed."

When we arrived at the house we purchased, I could tell he knew it would be the one - and he was 100% correct. It was an easy decision.
